Kate Cunninham, PA-C

CEO, Aesthetic Provider

Kate Cunningham, PA-C, is the founder of Pretty Please Aesthetics and a Physician Associate with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including over seven years dedicated to aesthetic medicine. Trained at Arcadia University, she has continued to refine her expertise through extensive private training in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. Kate takes a regenerative, long-term approach to aesthetics, focusing on slow, natural improvements that support the skin’s health and aging process rather than quick fixes. She is also a respected trainer and educator for several leading aesthetic brands, including Galderma, Merz, Ultherapy, Aerolase, and HydroPeptide.

Known for creating balanced, natural results, Kate prioritizes listening and building genuine relationships with her patients so every treatment plan feels thoughtful, personalized, and supportive of long-term confidence.

Originally from Philadelphia and South Jersey, Kate comes from a large, lively Irish Catholic family and now calls Sacramento home, where she’s built a close-knit community. Outside the treatment room, she spends her time with her son Leo, her dogs Aldo, Donovan, and Bear, and her cat Franklin. She loves traveling (especially eating her way through new places), food and wine, hiking, yoga and Pilates, beach days, Bravo binges, and learning something new whenever she can.

Reanna began her aesthetic training with the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and continues to expand her education through cadaver labs and advanced hands-on training. She enjoys having a full toolbox of treatments and creating thoughtful combinations that help clients look refreshed, natural, and like the best version of themselves. Known for her honest, consultative approach and balanced results, many of Reanna’s clients come through referrals, which she considers the highest compliment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at home with her two miniature poodles, working in the yard, and most of all, being a mom to two incredible kids.

Emma approaches every treatment with intention, making sure clients feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. A Sacramento native who returned to the area in 2024, Emma spends her time outside the treatment room paddleboarding, catching baseball games, working out at Bünda, and exploring local coffee shops and wine bars.

Mel believes aesthetics should enhance natural beauty and support aging gracefully.
