Dr. Hull has been practicing medicine for over 22 years and has been involved in facial aesthetics for 12 years. When he is not caring for patients he and his wife enjoy time together, sharing great food and time with family and friends. He loves mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving and snowboarding.

Callista Polhemus

Experience: 10+ years as a marketing executive in the restaurant industry before starting my own consulting business. I met Kate through our pilates instructor; the rest is history!

What you love most about your job: The people! I love our team and how passionate they are about what they do. I love the people we work with within the industry. And of course, I love our clients and being part of their journey to a more confident self.

Practitioner Experience: I’ve a been nurse in the hospital for 12 years with most of my experience in the ICU. I graduated with my Masters in Science of nursing and became a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2022 to pursue my passion in Aesthetic Medicine. I was fortunate enough to join the Pretty Please team in Summer of 2023.

Favorite Treatment(s): Facial balancing using both biostimulators like Radiesse and Sculptra with HA filler to help you feel the most confident and beautiful you!

Emma O’Malley, PA-C

Experience: Experienced in both clinical and aesthetic settings, I bring 2.5 years as an Emergency Department Scribe and 2.5 years as a Women’s Health Medical Assistant before completing my master’s degree to become a PA. I’ve also worked internationally on surgical gynecologic care and fistula cases in Kenya, and completed an aesthetics apprenticeship, combining hands-on patient care with a passion for beauty and wellness.

What you love most about your job: I absolutely LOVE having the opportunity to help people feel their most beautiful and confident. Being a part of this incredible team is an added bonus!

Favorite Treatment(s): (to perform and/or to get) Lips are easily my favorite treatment. They provide immediate beautiful results that just keep getting better with time.

Experience: Earlier part of my career I spent about 15yrs in oncology. I have spent the last 8 years as an aesthetic injector at Honolulu MedSpa.

What do I love most about my job: I love educating patients on aesthetic medicine and explaining what each product can do to help enhance and maintain their natural beauty

What you love most about your job: I love being able to share my knowledge of anatomy and treatment options to create a plan that enhances my client’s natural beauty and confidence.

Favorite Treatment(s): I LOVE tox. I always look forward to my treatments, but filler treatments are more instantly gratifying from a provider’s standpoint. Seeing someone’s confidence radiating post-filler treatment is an amazing feeling.

I would like to think what makes me beautiful is a combination of my sense of humor and genuine desire to help others feel their best in their skin. My super smooth post-tox skin probably also gives me some beauty points.

Tell us something about yourself that no one in the office knows: Before getting into nursing school (I was applying at a very competitive time) I switched my major to kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise physiology!

Experience: 17+ years as a licensed esthetician and 4+ years as a medical esthetician.

What you love most about your job: For me the most fulfilling thing is seeing a client look in the mirror and love what they see. As a society, we are on the go so much. Being able to give my clients a moment of relaxation and restoration brings me joy. Creating a treatment plan for their desired results and reminding them to stay consistent and trust the process is beyond worth it when I can help them achieve their skincare goals.

Favorite Treatment(s): Platinum Hydrafacial. The lymphatic massage is key. I also lovvveeee a good IPL treatment.

Sarah Asnaashari

Tell us something about yourself that no one in the office knows: I love trying niche arts & crafts, like pyrography and painting book edges.

Kelley Spaich

Experience: I started with 5 years of customer service and product specialist at Nordstrom followed by over 15 years of business operations and logistics management focused around medical transportation. We picked up and shipped any and all lab work and testing to various labs over the United States and Europe. I have also worked in design with staging and beautifying properties to sell or when homeowners are wanting a fresh new look using new or already existing pieces.

What you love most about your job: I love being able to learn about all the amazing procedures we do at PP and how it really transforms people and makes them feel so good about themselves! It isn’t always all about looks but when you FEEL better about how you look you carry yourself differently and you feel better about you! I think a lot of people take for granted how good just a facial can make you feel AND look… self care is just as important as taking vitamins! :)

Favorite Treatment(s): My favorite treatments are the Hydrafacial and then Biostimulator injections! A facial makes you feel glowy and wonderful and biostimulators make it so you get to stay that way for a long time!

I love, love, love, my ZO Exfoliating Polish and my Alastin HydraTint SPF.
